For standard models, the MOQ is usually one 20-ft container. For OEM/ODM projects, MOQ depends on your customization scope. Sample units and demo programs are available before you commit.
What payment terms and lead times do you offer?
We accept T/T and L/C. Standard production takes 25โ€“45 days depending on model and quantity, while fast-moving models can ship sooner. Your dedicated account manager confirms the schedule in writing before production.
Can you customize machines for my market?
Yes. Voltage, plug type, capacity, ice type, brand name, packaging, and manuals can all be customized. Our R&D team co-develops solutions with you for OEM/ODM programs.
